We strive to provide accurate descriptions and images of our products. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions, images, or other content are error-free, complete, or current. Colors, textures, and sizes may vary slightly from images due to the handcrafted nature of our products and display variations.
All products are subject to availability. Daily bakery items are made fresh and quantities are limited. Custom cakes and catering services require advance booking. We reserve the right to discontinue or modify products at any time without notice.
All prices are listed in Romanian Lei (RON) and are subject to change without notice. Prices displayed on our website or in-store are current at the time of publication but may be adjusted due to ingredient costs, seasonal availability, or other factors. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors.
Custom cake orders and catering services require:
Once you place an order, you will receive confirmation via email or phone. This confirmation does not constitute our acceptance of your order; it merely acknowledges receipt. We reserve the right to decline or cancel orders at our discretion.
Modifications to custom orders must be requested as early as possible. Changes requested within 7 days of the delivery/pickup date may not be accommodated. Significant changes may result in additional charges.
Cancellation policies:
We accept cash, credit cards (Visa, Mastercard), and debit cards. Online payments are processed through secure third-party payment processors.
For wholesale accounts, late payments may result in suspension of services and/or late fees of 1.5% per month on outstanding balances.
Pickup orders must be collected during scheduled times at our bakery location. Products not picked up within 24 hours of the scheduled time may be subject to storage fees or cancellation without refund.
Delivery is available for custom cake orders over 300 RON and catering orders within Cluj-Napoca metro area. Delivery fees vary based on distance and order size. We will make reasonable efforts to deliver at the scheduled time but are not liable for delays due to traffic, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Customers are responsible for inspecting products upon delivery or pickup. Any issues must be reported immediately. Claims made after the customer has accepted the product may not be honored.
Our products may contain or come into contact with common allergens including wheat, eggs, milk, nuts, and soy. While we take precautions, we cannot guarantee zero cross-contamination. Customers with severe allergies should consult with our staff before ordering.
Once products leave our bakery, customers are responsible for proper storage and handling. We are not liable for spoilage, contamination, or quality deterioration resulting from improper storage or handling.
Baked goods are perishable and should be consumed by the date recommended at the time of purchase. We are not responsible for adverse effects from consuming products past their recommended date.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase due to quality issues, please contact us within 24 hours with photos and a description of the problem. We will assess each case individually and may offer:
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept returns based on personal preference, change of mind, or dietary restrictions not disclosed at the time of ordering.
Custom cakes and catering orders are made to your specifications and cannot be returned unless there is a significant quality or specification error on our part.

Custom cake designs created by our team are our intellectual property. We retain the right to photograph and use images of our creations for marketing purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.
